Rent to Own

I am looking to network with professionals that work in the rent-to-own space. I am most interested in the South Suburbs of Chicago.

I am also interested in other investors success stories when doing rent-to-own. Are there any huge negatives or positives.

I appreciate the input.

Thanks!

Joe

We have found if you find tenants that are interested it is usually a higher class of tenant. Even if they do not purchase right away you can help coach them to get their income or credit to where it needs to be. You also have the  peace of mind that your tenant will respect the home cause they plan to purchase it as well. If you want to get out of the home earlier then a year you can always market the home to a buy and hold investor which is what we are doing currently. We deal in the north side and NWI as well.
