Snowballing + Flip & Sell Strategy (Financing)

Read the article on "How to make a million dollars...." and want to do something similar.

Ideally I would like to do flips as well for immediate cash.

I am wondering, how exactly does the financing work here.

How difficult is it to get the bank loans on a 3rd 2/3/4 plex? I assume if you show the bank that your previous one is rented and a profitable investment they go ahead and give you another one?

Then I look to do small all cash deals with my money plus hard money.

Anyone done this strategy? How did it work out? How much capital did you start with?
