What should I be studying?

I'm 19 years old and have decided I want to start real estate investing. I want to know what I should start to study and read so I can be as prepared as possible for this career. I look over the forums but it's all kind of stuff I don't quite understand yet so I need a way to build my information up. I'm mostly interested in but and holds for monthly cash flow and I'd also like to flip houses as well eventually! Hopefully somebody could help me start on the right path
