How do I find out how much surrounding houses were sold for in a given area or neighborhood?

Have a house in Tulsa in need or some repairs. Trying to figure out a budget and how much I can get out of it.

Zillow's estimates aren't usually worth much, but if you find the entry for a house on there you can usually see recent sales nearby. Not quite MLS comps (since you can't see quite as many details of the comparable houses, just beds/baths/square footage) but useful in a pinch, especially in areas like North Tulsa where there's a lot of foreclosures and other sales that might not have been on the MLS.
