What's more important to you as a buy and hold? The neighborhood
This question has been on going in my head for weeks. Can any experienced investors shed a light on this?

@Tony Velez It all depends on your personal goals. For our Buy and hold investments I like to own units that I would live in myself, whether that is neighborhood or condition related. And of course the numbers have to make sense. Does that help?
