$150,000 house for sale with iPhone photos..huh???

It's unreal that someone won't get a decent camera or even spend a few hundred dollars to hire a photographer when they're selling their house. How much did you list that house for again? It's such an easy way to set yourself apart from the competition yet people just don't get it.
