Hello,

I am about to graduate college in December and am moving to Charlotte. I am originally from Charlotte so I know the area pretty well. I am looking to buy a house to either flip or live in and then rent out after a while. My dad has a few of his own properties in Charlotte but not in the area I am looking at (south/east Charlotte is where I am thinking). Just wanted to know if anyone has any advice for me for buying my first house?
