Will this scare off renters?

Hey guys, so I wanted to get some feedback on a house I'm looking at putting a offer on. The house is in a great location and I think it would be a good rental. Now with that being said here's my question. The house is in a good location (close to schools shopping malls parks, etc), but it sits right in the corner of a busy intersection. Do you think this would scare off potential rental vs if it was a house or two away from the intersection? Let me know what you think, I was going to put my offer in tomorrow!

@Jon Heaton - Good question but it depends. Some people might be hesitant to rent it because of the noise generated by vehicular traffic at the busy intersection all hours of the day or night, if that's the case.

On the other hand it might be a good location to attract renters easily without much advertising. Simply stick a for rent sign in the yard and it draws attention and responses more easily than if the home is tucked away a few streets over.

Ask about the longevity of the tenants to determine turnover in order to see if it has any bearing on the traffic mentioned.

Lastly, my test when buying a property is to ask myself a simple question.....would I live there?
