Aloha folks

I just got out of tarek&christina's success path seminars and I think I am ready to make a purchase on a investment property ( we evaluated the property with their formula taught) ,,got 5 cash end buyers in my data base, got the LLC set up,,, got transactional funding to fund the deal,,,, Any tips and advise, like things to keep in mind?

@Ali YoungAre your buyers looking for the kind of deal you evaluated? Are they real cash buyers, or other wholesalers that simply call themselves cash buyers? Are you really sure of your numbers? This last one I ask because I think a lot of new wholesalers fool themselves into thinking they have a good deal when the don't.

Not trying to scare you but want you to be prepared.
