Looking to compare Knoxville & Chattanooga TN

Greetings Everyone,

In looking around the country, my better Half and I have a list of places that we are considering moving to, two of which are Knoxville and Chattanooga, TN.    

What I am looking for from this Hive mind of BP is the following:

1. How are the inventory levels to acquire rehabs to flip and or long hold projects?

2. What is the city government doing to attract businesses for the long haul?

3. How active are the local REI clubs?

4. What would be the average hold time to sell once a property has hit the market on a Flip?

And for my own personal interests how is the mountain biking / Dual sport motorcycle culture?
