So I closed escrow on this house a few weeks ago, and once we finally got keys, a bunch of problems started to pop up. Things like : Only one key to the house Leaks in both bathrooms Door locks were jamming closed Cracks in the walls that weren't there before Mildew by the furnace Do I have any recourse against the seller or the inspector who didn't see any of this !?

You are kidding , right ?     If you consider these things problems , you wait till a sewer backs up , a roof leaks and the furnace needs replacing .

1 key     $ 2.00

leaks ,   not specific enough

Locks jamming closed        wd - 40     $ 3.00

cracks in walls ,   spackle and paint    $ 100..00

mildew    a little bleach and water           $  6.00
