Organizing multiple house searches for clients

We are house flippers who are also working with buyers,helping them land a fixer upper and help with design and restoration. We have numerous clients and I have not found a great way to separate our searches for each of their criteria. I would love an app that my project manager and I could share to stay abreast of what each clients best options are in their target market and prices. Suggestions?
