Escrow accounts
Hi all,
Hope you are well.
I am making offers on FSBO properties where I have sent them a purchase agreement with the offer. I've had no accepted offers yet. However, I'm certain that something will bite and in the event it does do I the buyer need to open an escrow account for the earnest money. If so, how does one go about doing this?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Lee
