So I'm getting ready to buy another 2-3 homes out in Birmingham and Indianapolis and was wondering if anyone has up to date market information or recent news that may affect my property selection and purchases.  I have been sitting on the bench for the past few months and seen both markets heat up this summer.  Any signs of this slowing down.  What has happened to prices and inventory over the last few months.  Any specific neighborhoods on the rise.  Any information or tips will be appreciated.  Thanks everyone.
