Hello everyone. Is there anyone who is actively investing in Elizabeth, NJ. In my search for my first property (multi-family) in Union County, NJ - I see multis in Elizabeth day and night! Is there anyone who is investing in Elizabeth?  What have your experiences been? Is this a decent place to invest or should I stay away like the plague?
