Hi guys,

Anyone investing in Pittsburgh and Antioch CA? Tough areas in Contra Costa.

Just put an offer on a place in Antioch, CA. Has tons of potential and I love the floor plan. Plus there is an in law in the back that I can place an additional renter in.

This is the area:

But I am reading some information online that has me concerned. I realize that it is very much an up and coming neighborhood.

But maybe moreso down and leaving? Should I pull out? Can I find decent renters?
