Advice needed please
Advice please! I currently own two properties, of which both are paid off by using cash. One is a condo and currently has a renter. The other is a house which should be rented by October 1st. I rent now and am looking to buy my own home so u no longer have to rent. I also would like to buy another property to fix up and rent. What would be the best route to finance both of these? (My future home to live in and a future fix to rent property.). I have never had a mortgage from a bank, always paid cash.
Thank you in advance for advice!
