My money is in one project, but I've found another good'en

Hey BP, 

So I am going to look at a sfr tomorrow that looks like a great deal.  My realtor (and business partner) found it today.  My available cash is tied up for another two months or so.  

Can someone suggest how to find a local reputable hard money lender?  I'd hate to miss out on a great deal, but my funds are low right now.  Thanks!
