Owner financing advice

This is my first experience with owner financing.  I have several rental homes, but decided to sell one of them. I've asked for 10% down and will charge 6% interest. I want to make sure I handle this correctly. Should I get an attorney to draw up the paperwork or is it pretty cut and dry? If I do it myself, any recommendations?
