multi-family purchases
When buying multi-family turnkeys, what sort of cap rate premium is expected/preferred? for instance, at a 5% cap rate for an area, is 6% enough? or 7%? more? obviously more = better but let's be realistic.
again, these are turnkey properties in need of no work and no deferred maintenance.
