Tips for MLS saved searches

I'm digging through my new found MLS access (and loving it) while trying to get the hang of it. What are some typical saved searches that you guys like?

I've saved larger 2/1's to potentially add a 3rd bedroom. 

Obviously watch price change/back on market. 

As well as watching things like probate and DOM. 

Any other tips?
