Hello BP! My name is Melvon and I have a question? I have my home in Biloxi ms for sell and I have a buyer! Who is going thru a banker friend of mines and now I need a contract from me to give! Where can I find a contract form at that does not need a realtor involved are commission? Just a owner seller form?
