Contingencies Investors should include in real estate offers
So, going to be making an offer hopefully very soon, so i am trying to think of contingencies I should include in my offer. I found a few, want to hear what you have to say about them or add anything...
1. General contingencies (Financing, appraisal, inspections)
2. Interior inspection of all units
3. Approval of rental agreements, books, records
4. Approval of sellers schedule E tax form
5. Seller cooperation in 1031 tax exchange
6. Ability to actually rent the property (i.e. HOA restrictions uncovered after offer)
