REO Tapes

I have been getting tapes from sources I have never heard of, nor know. For a period of time I looked them over and deleted the file and emails.  Until one came across that looked familiar, which after researching found was the exact same tape someone sent over that I have a relationship with.  Of course I went to my recycle bin and the trash folder in my email accounts,  lo and behold!  A significant number of tapes held the same properties.

Some of the assets may be doable within my network.  On the cross referenced assets I have agreements in place with those i have a relationship with.  But the folks who keep sending me lists, I don't even know em-- even though they send the best prices with outrageous fees.  You know kill the deal fees!

My decision on how to go about this is bring it to BP.

Yes, an actual cash buyers list exist.

Yes, the assets have more likely than not been seen within hours of tape generation and disbursed thru out a daisy chain to each other.  I have end buyers operating in most of the regions (and always scouting for more),  whom may see these assets 2-3 times a week at varying PP's, enuff to discard them.

Insofar as I am concerned:  The folks that keep sending me lists that I don't even know with outrageous fees attached that I find the assets to be in lists from trusted associates are just fishing for buyer info.

Can't I send those assets to groups that can take them down, as I am in no way obligated to anyone I don't know who sends me lists on their own volition?

I generally tell those that I am associated with that I have seen an asset or a list prior to their introduction.  I will even tell them the owner's name.  But my hands are still tied, in that, until successful transactions happen with my associates,  I am suspect.

LOL!  If not for the unknown folks better PP WITH THEIR OUTRAGEOUS FEES, I could hold my associates in suspect,

How to alleviate this problem when dealing with tapes?  I have done so in many cases.

In a recent post i asked for funding.

Lending is to own and hold.

Funding is to move.
