Multiple offers: how to proceed?

I have my first investment property on the market.   I just got two offers on the same day.

I need advice from anyone who is experienced selling property in California.

The house is price at 419,000.  First offer is $385,000 and second offer at $405,000.

I'm in a multiple offer situation.  The house is valued appropriately and ranges in value from $410,000 to $430,000.   The house has been on the market for less than 3 weeks.

What is the best strategy?
