Acquiring More Rental Property In SFL

Hello all,

I am in the SFL area and was hoping to get recommendations for lenders of the following products:

Cash Out Refi

Conventional Loans

My current situation is that I own 3 properties free and clear with equity of about 250k-300k. I have 2 other properties which I rent with more than 70% equity which amounts to 170k+. My credit is over 700 and my goal is to acquire 2 more rental by end of year. I am self employed but my main source of income is a business I have owned for 5 years.

I am looking for a lender I can build a relationship with, understands my goals and knows what needs to be done in order to get me the loans needed.

Any advice and recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you
