buying a fix and flip

Im new to REI. I cant seem to find a house to work on. I see them run down and for sale as much as the rest of the houses that a bit nicer. anyone know where i can find a good deal ?

Start here:   Beginners Guide

There's a lot of good info there, start by becoming more informed and you'll get more out of the site. Real estate isn't easy, don't be fooled by the TV shows and marketing hype. Good luck.
