Is Fairmont Park a bad neighborhood?
Hello all. Looking to talk to anyone in the Norfolk area.
There's a potential for me to buy a property in Fairmont Park off of Lafayette. I drove by the area and it definitely looks like a bad neighborhood. Trulia shows quite a lot of crimes in the area. The question is, how bad of an area is it? Would you call it a C? D? Is it worth the hassle?
Thanks!
