HELOC for a Rental

Hi everyone first time poster,

A fellow worker and i have recently purchased a house, renovated and have it leased out. Everything is great but we are concerned about getting money for another house. We own the home outright and have all the equity available in it we are just concerned about how difficult it is to get money towards another rental through a heloc or home equity thanks for the advice
