has anyone purchased property where EPA remedial actions completed?

I'm looking at a building where the disclosure has an EPA report for remedial action completed 20+ years ago due to a radiation superfund site that was found nearby in the 1960s.  There was a 23M project funded and completed by EPA 20 years ago, and the remediation was successful per follow up inspections by the EPA.

I have to be honest- that scares me, as this would be my first rental investment.

has anyone else had this issue, and should i be concerned?
