The art of creating systems in any business or field that you are working is crucial to that ventures success. Systems will allow your business to run much more efficient and will allow you to create a scalable business. You will learn which areas of your business you can delegate and to whom, which areas of your business need checklists, how to set up your phone service, systems for your marketing and so on. In this business there are many different areas that systems are needed so that you can eventually become self sufficient and your business can run on its own without you.

With that being said, BP, What are some of the systems that you have developed for specific areas of your business and what areas of your business do you believe systems are most important??
