International Marketing Help
I got my real estate license in April and was immediately approached by an aunt and uncle to list their home in Southwest Florida. They weren't ready to list until the end of May. The house had multiple showings, but summer is slow and we didn't receive any offers. We decided to pull the house off of the market until "season" hit. Our area is a hot destination for Europeans including German, French, and English vacationers. I've looked into international marketing online, but can't find any good international marketing advise, service, etc. My husband has been a part of BP for years and we bring all our investment property questions here so I thought I could get some solid advice. I look forward to any ideas/direction!
