Vacant house possibly pre foreclosure?
The house next to me has been vacant for 2+ years. I'm assuming its going into foreclosure? Anyway to buy it before it hits the MLS? It's got some stuff I'd really like to do to prevent further damage before it hits the market in a year or two. I tried calling the old owners. Got in touch with the wife and she had no interest in speaking with me.
Thoughts?
