I am asking opinions on the Memphis,  TN metro area. Is the market poised for property appreciation?  I feel that Memphis is ON THE MOVE......

@Lester Williams, Jr.

I love the enthusiasm about Memphis TN.. My hometown we are definitely on the move and it is a great city to live and invest in Real Estate. As far as appreciation is concerned Memphis is still a Buy and Hold Play the appreciation is not even close to what you will achieve in the Western States. We are arguably the BEST or one of the best Rental markets and pure Cash Flow plays in the USA.

Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns PM me and good luck with your investing.

Thanks

Derrick
