I just sold a investment house in Kansas City and Arvest bank in Kansas city did a loan for the investor. They gave him a great rate and financed and unusual deal.

I am on my 2nd property manager. This new one has been working out well for me. Her name is Hannah Robie. I can give you contact info. I also think she is on biggerpockets.
