Insurance Recs

Need recs for property insurance for properties held in an LLC. Called the biggies (State Farm, Allstate, Geico, etc). and all said they would not insure properties held in an LLC, that I needed commercial insurance. Been using USAA up to this point, but they are consistently unable to keep my personal stuff separate from my business so I need a change.

Also, do you get umbrella insurance for the LLC, separate from the property insurance? For instance, if your LLC got sued for violating the FHA, your property insurance liability would not cover that. Anyone carry separate business liability?
