CA/OC looking for guidance
Hello Everyone,
I am really excited to be part of this incredible community. There is so much experience and information here that it’s easy for a newbie like me to get so overwhelmed (which I have been).My interest is wholesaling and I understand the process but I am having difficulty picking a business direction for my area in Orange County CA ex; tax lien, probate, vacant, etc. I was looking for a person that would be open for guidance to answer that question and also walking through a deal. I wouldn’t want to waste your time so if splitting deals is your requirements I am open to that. The point is that I am extremely motivated to learn and succeed in this business.
