Seller is Giving Special Warranty Deed Should I be concerned about title ?
I am purchasing a property and the seller wants to record the deed at the local recorder's office, downtown.
I have purchased dozens of properties and I've never had this request.
He is giving me a SWD.
Should I be concerned about title ?
Typically I have title insurance but should I have concerns even with a SWD ?
