Prefabricated Garages
Does anyone have experience with adding prefabricated garages to a property? If you are unfamiliar they are basically oversized, nice looking sheds with garage doors that a delivered and placed where you want it. They are not quite as nice but cost about half (or less) as a built on site garage while providing the same function. Would you expect similar value appreciation (much larger ROI), a little less but still a higher ROI, similar ROI, or lower/negative ROI than a traditional garage? Are they durable or do they age quickly?

IMO, if it isn't a permanent structure it won't add much to the property value.
