I would like some input. I am currently living in Chyenne WY. I am currently buying a home here using my VA loan. I am also looking at purchasing a rental in Bmore MD (I have a property currently renting in Clinton MD). I have investment capital of roughly 65K with a credit score over 730. The property I'm purchasing are roughly between 90-120K.

Do you think it would be hard to get a loan for my 3rd property in Bmore? My only debt would be the properties as my CC cards are balance are very, very, minimal. Any suggestions and sound advice are welcome and appreciated. Thank you for your help.
