Ez to get tenants @ $1600 plus per month for a studio unit?  I see very few for rent on the website like craiglist and airbnb.

Seems those that buy use em as vacation home(unit kept vacant when not in use) or keep them in the hotel pool.

I think unit purchased for sub $200 k now will eventually get back to original sales price of $500k.

Any update on people's experiences? I am interested in MGM Signature as I like the access to the MGM pools. Would be curious how often they rent and what percentage the owner keeps. That is, when using the booking through MGM.
