I'm an out of town REI (california) looking to find a MF (<20 units of 1br/1ba preferred, doesn't have to be individually metered) in San Antonio, TX!! Everytime I find a deal I like, I'm too late! Aaargh! I'm clearly not plugged in correctly. Need to network with professionals with their finger on the pulse. I'm motivated to pull the trigger...just need to find the deal. Thanks all!!
