Hi everyone,  we are starting a wholesaling business in the Raleigh/Wake Forest, NC area.  We are looking for out-of-state landlords who may have a need to sell their properties.  Has anyone used MelissaDATA to find out-of-state landlords, and if so,  what type of experience did you have? Thanks.
