Found a potential property
Found a house that is being sold "AS IS". The outside has completely no siding on it and some of the wood looks damaged so it would need to be fixed. The inside I haven't been able to see yet. Who would I call to find out if it would be a good investment? Would you call an appraiser or find a contractor to give an estimate on the repairs? Or should I take the word of the realtor trying to sell the property?
