Hello everyone!

So I just completed the repairs on my 1st SFH and is ready to rent out. My next step is to list it. I want to avoid going to a real estate agency and prefer doing it myself.

Where should I get the paper work online?

Best place for screening ?

Best place to list the home ? Etc.....

Any advice will help!!!!

I am a sf investor and own a real estate business in the area. Get with me and I will gladly provide you all the info you need.  Also I use mysmartmove.com for applicants that make it through the initial tenant screening.  I had people help me out for free when I started and will glady do the same for you.
