I have recently been thinking of buying and renting in the Indianapolis area. Does anyone have any thoughts that could help? This would be my first investment and i am having trouble pulling the trigger.  I live in NJ but don't have enough money to invest here.  I am looking for cheaper areas. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
