Flippity flip What % is the average flipper making in the 10-20K investment range?

How what ROI % should I be looking to make on every flip. Fine line between being greedy seeing what it could go for and just getting getting a certain percentage and getting out. I understand every market is different but please give me insight on your experience if possible.
