Rick Harmon!!! Where are you on this!!?? I need your knowledge!! Anyways, why do they do an appraisal on on property on the year the person died!? Probate referee is great if it's under 150K. You skip the full probate process and everyone is happy. Someone died in 2005 and you start the probate process now and the house at this time is appraised under 150K but I guess that's thrown out the door cause they are doing a drive by appraisal and then doing the appraisal from 2005!!!!!! The height of the market!! Why even do a drive by appraisal, like they say, when your appraising a home from 2005!! WHAT A JOKE AND WHY DOES IT WORK THIS WAY!!????????? ITS NOT WORTH WHAT IS WAS IN 2005 PEOPLE!!! ITS 2015!!! And I'm done.
