Hello BP. I have been looking at potential deals in the South Shore Neighborhood of Chicago and thought I'd ask to see if anyone on BP has had success in this neighborhood.  I have ran several properties through analysis, increased the numbers for vacancy,maintenance,etc, and they still cash flow on paper. I welcome your thoughts and opinions.  Thanks.

@Brent Mattison

 BE VERY CAREFUL about WHERE in South Shore.  I have had two recent conversations with investors who's properties were over 50% vacant for 6+ months because they bought on a bad block.
