I'm selling a luxury manufactured home (Fleetwood Sunpointe II) that I have a buyer for, the problem is he can't find financing. He and his wife make over 100K with a combined credit score of 680 but needs $75,000 ($39,000 to purchase the home and the remainder to move it to their property and hook it up). He says he could comfortably pay $800 monthly.

Does anyone here know where he can get a construction loan for $75,000. Or any other solution to this problem.
